Data controller

The data collected on this website is processed by the esports organisation XBZ Esport. For any question about your data, contact us on the official Discord server or by email at xbzesport1@gmail.com.

Data collected

We only collect the information you provide voluntarily:

• Recruitment form: category, desired role, full name, age, country of residence, Discord username, username, game, RL Tracker link (optional), experience and motivation (optional), preferred roster (optional).
• Support form: name or username, email address, subject and body of your message.
• Anti-spam protection: when a form is submitted, your IP address is briefly recorded to limit repeated submissions. It is never associated with the content of your message and is deleted automatically a few moments after sending.

No sensitive data is requested. We use neither advertising cookies nor trackers (see the legal notice).

Purposes & legal basis

This data is used solely to process your application or to answer your support request, and to get back to you about it.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a), collected via the checkbox on each form. That consent is timestamped when you submit.

The anti-spam protection described above relies instead on our legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f) in protecting the site from automated submissions.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 24 months from the date you send it, then deleted automatically. You can request its deletion at any time before that (see “Your rights”).

Recipients & hosting

Your data is accessible only to the XBZ Esport staff authorised to handle applications and support. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

To operate, the website relies on the following technical providers:

• Supabase — hosting of the database where applications and messages are stored.
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous audience measurement (aggregated visit statistics, no cookie and no individual tracking).
• Discord — an internal notification is sent to the staff on the organisation’s server when a form is received.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
